Neil Rackers American football player
Neil William Rackers (born August 16, 1976) is an American football placekicker for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Illinois. Rackers has also played for the Arizona Cardinals and Houston Texans.
