Padmanabha Rao
Dr. Padmanabha Rao is an Indian academic. He co-founded and is the co-ordinator at Rishi Valley institute of Educational Research (RIVER) at Rishi Valley School. He is working to make learning as enjoyable as possible and use it also as a tool to increase the retention power of children in remote and backward regions.
