Patrick Palmer Military person
General Sir Charles Patrick Ralph Palmer, KCVO, KBE (29 April 1933 - 23 November 1999) was a senior British Army officer. He severed as Constable and Governor of Windsor Castle 1992 to 1999. He had been Commander-in-Chief, Allied Forces Northern Europe.
