Paul Raymond Newton Military person
Lieutenant General Sir Paul Raymond Newton KBE is a former British Army officer and Director of Exeter University's Strategy and Security Institute. Prior to leaving the army he was Commander Force Development and Training. He is also Colonel Commandant of the Queen's Division and Honorary Colonel of 15 (United Kingdom) Psychological Operations Group.
