Percy Horton Artist

Percy Frederick Horton MA, RBA, ARCA (born 8 March 1897, Brighton, England – died 1970) was an English painter and art teacher, and Ruskin Master of Drawing, University of Oxford from 1949 to 1964. During the First World War he was imprisoned as a conscientious objector.
