Rafael García Torres Football player

José Rafael "Chiquis" García Torres (born August 14, 1974)is a former Mexican football player. He was a participant in the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea/Japan and the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. He did not play in the 2006 World cup. García competed for Mexico at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
