Rahim Jahani Musical artist
Rahim Jahani (Persian: رحيم جهانی) was a veteran singer of Afghanistan's pre-revolutionary music [era]. Rahim once resided in the Silo district of Kabul. He was twice married, latterly to the singer Salma Jahani.Rahim died on November 30, 2014 in the Sacramento, California. He had two daughters and one son. Among his songs was "Ishq-e-Man," (pers.: My Love) the renditions of which are still sung by various other Persian singers of Afghanistan.
