Raymond A. Harris Politician
Raymond Alexander Harris (born February 3, 1927) is the former chairman of the South Carolina Republican Party; his tenure extended from 1968 to 1971.Harris served in the United States Navy in World War II. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1950 from Wake Forest University in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
