Rayson Huang Politician

Rayson Huang, CBE (Chinese: 黃麗松; pinyin: huáng lì song, 1 September 1920-), a chemist, expertise at Chemistry on radicals. He was the first Chinese Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hong Kong from 1972 to 1986.
