Rebecca Perrott Athlete
Rebecca Vivian Mary Perrott (born 20 June 1961 in Wellington) is a swimmer from New Zealand, who won the gold medal in the women's 200 metres freestyle at the 1978 Commonwealth Games. Perrott was considered a possible medallist for the 1980 Summer Olympics but was denied the opportunity due to the boycott by the majority of New Zealand Olympic sports associations. She is the youngest person to represent New Zealand at the Olympics.
