Rich Constable
Richard E. "Rich" Constable III (born June 23, 1972) is Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. A former Assistant US Attorney, he also served as the Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
