Richard Mark Newby, Baron Newby, OBE (born 14 February 1953), is a British politician, currently serving as the Deputy Government Chief Whip in the House of Lords, the Captain of the Yeoman of the Guard, and the Liberal Democrat Chief Whip in the House of Lords.
