Richard T. Schulze Politician

Richard Taylor "Dick" Schulze (born August 7, 1929 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a Republican politician who served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1975 to 1993. His district encompassed portions of Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester Counties in the western Philadelphia suburbs.
