Rob Harmeling Cyclist
Rob Harmeling was a Dutch professional road bicycle racer. Harmeling rode the Tour de France three times; in the 1991 Tour de France he was the lanterne rouge, in the 1992 Tour de France he won a stage. In the 1994 Tour de France, he was disqualified for hanging onto the team car.
