Robert Glenn "Robbie" Lawler (born March 20, 1982) is an American mixed martial artist currently competing in the welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where he is the current UFC Welterweight Champion. He is also a former EliteXC Middleweight Champion, and has also competed in Strikeforce, PRIDE, the IFL, and King of the Cage. As of December 10, 2014, Lawler is #11 pound-for-pound in official UFC rankings. and he is #1 in official UFC welterweight rankings.
