Robert A. Underwood Politician

Robert Anacletus Underwood (born July 13, 1948) is a Guamanian politician, educator, member of the Democratic Party of Guam, and former Delegate from Guam to the United States House of Representatives from 1993 to 2003, also he is served as the president of University of Guam since 2008.
