Roberta L. Hazard Military person

Retired Rear Admiral Roberta L. Hazard (born November 8, 1934) was the third female line officer to be promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral in the United States Navy, and at the time, the highest-ranking woman in the U.S. military. She was the first woman to command a United States Naval Training Command.
