Robin Backhaus Swimmer

Robin Backhaus (born in Lincoln, Nebraska on February 12, 1955) is an American former swimmer who won the bronze medal for 200 meter butterfly at the 1972 Summer Olympics. At the 1973 World Aquatics Championships he won two gold medals and a bronze medal. He also worked as a coach at Konawaena High School. Graduated from Redlands High School in Redlands, CA
