Robin Hayes Politician

Robert Cannon "Robin" Hayes (born August 14, 1945) is a politician and businessman, who represented North Carolina's 8th congressional district in the House of Representatives from 1999 to 2009, and was the Republican nominee for Governor of North Carolina in 1996. He served as chairman of the North Carolina Republican Party from 2011 to 2013.
