Ron Lamb American football player

Ronald Lamb (February 3, 1944 – June 20, 2000) was an American collegiate and Professional Football running back at the University of South Carolina, the American Football League and the National Football League.Lamb played collegiately at the University of South Carolina. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 13th round (190th overall) of the 1966 NFL Draft and was released after being tried at wide receiver. He played for Montreal Beavers of the Continental Football League, the AFL's Denver Broncos (1968), the Cincinnati Bengals (1968-1969), the NFL's Bengals (1970-1971) and the Atlanta Falcons (1972).
