Ronald C. Rice Politician
Ronald C. Rice (born February 17, 1968) is an American Democratic Party politician, who has served on the Newark Municipal Council since 2006. He represents the West Ward, comprising the neighborhoods of Vailsburg, Ivy Hill, West Side, Fairmount and Roseville. He chose not torun for re-election in the 2014 municipal election.
