Rrahman Hallaçi Football player

Rahman Hallaçi (born 12 November 1983 in Kukës) is an Albanian footballer. He plays as a defender for FK Kukësi. He played 4 matches for KS Vllaznia Shkodër in the 2009–10 UEFA Europa League.He was part of the Albania national football team during the 2008 UEFA European Cup qualifications, but he did not make a debut.
