Rudolf Scheffel Military person

Rudolf Scheffel (9 July 1915 – 18 December 1983) was a German Luftwaffe ace and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross during World War II. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. During World War II, Rudolf Scheffel was credited 7 aerial victories and the destruction of 50+ tanks in 259 missions.
