Sadako Ogata Politician
Sadako Ogata (緒方 貞子, Ogata Sadako, born 16 September 1927), is a Japanese academic, diplomat, author, administrator and professor emeritus at Sophia University. She served as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, as the Chairman of the UNICEF Executive Board and as the President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
