Sam Havrilak American football player
Samuel Charles Havrilak (born December 13, 1947 in Monessen, Pennsylvania) is a former American football running back who played in the NFL from 1969 to 1974. He attended Monessen High School near Pittsburgh. Havrilak earned a Super Bowl ring in January 1971 at Super Bowl V. Havrilak owns the distinction of being the first player in NFL history to complete a pass, catch a pass and take a handoff in a Super Bowl.
