Samuel Bellamy Football player

Samuel Charles Bellamy (2 November 1913 – after 1946) was an English professional footballer who played in the Football League for Birmingham.Bellamy was born in the Small Heath district of Birmingham. A right back, he played local football before joining Birmingham in 1937. He made his first and only competitive appearance for the club in the First Division on 13 November 1937, deputising for Cyril Trigg in a home game against Blackpool which Birmingham won 3–0. Bellamy's career was disrupted by the Second World War. He played occasionally for Birmingham in the various wartime competitions, then moved on to Tamworth in 1947.
