Sano Tsuneha Military person

Count Tsuneha Sano (佐野 常羽, Sano Tsuneha, 3 July 1871 – 25 January 1956) was an admiral in the Imperial Japanese Navy in World War I. He is also noted for his association with the early Scouting movement in Japan.
