Scot Halpin Musical artist

Thomas Scot Halpin (February 3, 1954 – February 9, 2008) was an artist and musician. He sat in for The Who's Keith Moon during a rock concert at the Cow Palace in San Francisco at which he had been an audience member. In 1973 he was awarded Rolling Stone magazine's "Pick-Up Player of the Year Award" for his historic performance during this show.
