Scott Makar Politician
Scott Douglas Makar is an American lawyer, college professor and Judge on the Florida First District Court of Appeal. Previously he was the Florida Solicitor General serving from 2007 until 2012 and in that position, has argued five cases before the United States Supreme Court.
