Shane Doan Ice hockey player

Shane Albert Doan (born October 10, 1976) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who serves as captain of the Arizona Coyotes of the National Hockey League (NHL). He has played his entire career with the Coyotes, joining the team in 1995 when they were the original Winnipeg Jets. He is the last remaining player left from the Jets/Coyotes team when they moved to Phoenix, and the only player currently active in the NHL from the original Winnipeg Jets.Competing internationally for Team Canada, Doan has won two gold medals and three silvers at the World Championships as well as one World Cup championship in 2004. He was also a member of Canada's 2006 Winter Olympic team.
