Shintarō Hirase Scientist
Shintarō Hirase (平瀬 信太郎, Hirase Shintarō, February 28, 1884 - September 9, 1939) was a Japanese malacologist. His father, Yoichirō Hirase, (1859-1925) was also a malacologist.Shintarō Hirase was a teaching zoologist at Seikei College.
