Simenona Martinez
Simenona Martinez is an American actress, from Los Angeles, California. She made her television debut in 2003 on the WB20, and is most well known for her work on the Disney Channel and her role in Alex Cross (film).Simenona worked with the San Francisco Mime Troupe. She also signed on with San Francisco’s Warner Bros. WB20 Youth Division in 2003, where she wrote, produced and starred in a series of Public Service Announcements. Her writing team at Warner Brothers was nominated for an Emmy Award. Simenona went on to receive awards for her work with the WB20. She was also featured twice on the cover of Summer Blast Magazine. From 2007 through 2010, she hosted the Disney Channel's Playhouse Disney show from "Behind the Ears." In 2007, she appeared in the film Ascension Day. Simenona also starred in Rob Cohen's 2012 film Alex Cross.Simenona is the founder and president of Sioni Academy, which focuses on developing self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-assurance in children. Her production company, Sioni Entertainment, focuses on documentaries and public service announcements, and works with different organizations that advocate for a variety of causes.
