Stephanie Brookes Writer
Stephanie Clare Brookes (born December 20, 1980 in Stoke-on-Trent) is an English writer and journalist.She is a regular contributor to the Watkins Books quarterly Mind Body Spirit and to mainstream women's magazines. Her work also encompasses broadcasting, with appearances on BBC Radio 2, BBC London 94.9FM, Talk Sport and ITV’s This Morning. She writes the Destiny column for the online periodical mybliss.co.uk.Brookes's second book, How to Be a Spiritual Goddess came out in 2011, and her third, Meditation Made Easy in 2014.
