Steven "Steve" Bayliss is a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s and '80s, playing club level rugby union (RU) for Ystradgynlais RFC, as a Wing, or Centre, i.e. number 11 or 14, or, 12 or 13, and playing representative level rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for St. Helens (twice), Fulham, and Lézignan Sangliers, as a Centre, or Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5, or, 3 or 4.
