Steve Redfern (born in Leicester) is an English rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s and '80s, playing representative level rugby union (RU) for England, and a club level for Leicester Tigers, as a tighthead prop, and playing club level rugby league (RL) for Sheffield Eagles.
