Theo Heemskerk Prime minister

Theodorus "Theo" Heemskerk (20 July 1852, in Amsterdam – 12 June 1932, in Utrecht), son of Jan Heemskerk, was a Dutch politician in the party ARP. From 1908 to 1913 Heemskerk was minister of the Interior and president of the Council of Ministers (a post later dubbed Prime Minister). Heemskerk is particularly known as the founder of the Dutch poverty and vaccination laws.
