Thiago Anderson Ramos da Silva (Portuguese pronunciation: [tʃiˈaɡu ˈsiwvɐ]; born November 12, 1982) is a Brazilian mixed martial artist who currently competes in the Light Heavyweight division. Once a member of the renowned Chute Boxe Academy, Silva now trains at Jaco Hybrid Training Center a.k.a the Blackzilians. Silva received his Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt under Jorge Patino. According to the global-mma.com rankings, he is the number 3 ranked fighter in the world (outside of the UFC).
