Tom Arnold
Tom Arnold is Director General of the Institute of International and European Affairs, Dublin, Chair of the Irish Times Trust and temporary Coordinator of the UN Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) Movement. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Concern Worldwide, an international humanitarian relief and development organisation, until 28 February 2013 and Chair of the Convention of the Irish Constitution.
