Tom Bosworth Athlete

Thomas Stewart "Tom" Bosworth (born 17 January 1990) is a British race walker who holds two British Records. He is currently ranked 1st overall in the UK for 20 km. His current PB leaves him 3rd on the 20k British All-Time list, only 17 seconds from the 20k British Record. His 10k PB is the second fastest 10k in British history, just two seconds off Chris Maddocks' 10k race walk British Record of 40:17. He is the British Record Holder for the 5000m race walk, 19:16, set in 2014.Tom Bosworth currently trains full-time at the UK Race Walking centre in Leeds, at Leeds Met University.Bosworth was also selected to carry the Olympic Torch through Potternewton, Leeds.
