Thomas A. "Tommy" Capel (27 June 1922 – 5 October 2009) was an English professional footballer who scored 120 goals from 276 appearances in the Football League playing for Manchester City, Chesterfield, Birmingham City, Nottingham Forest, Coventry City and Halifax Town. He played as an inside left.
