Tomoko Fukumi Athlete
Tomoko Fukumi born June 26, 1985 in Tsuchiura, Ibaraki is a female Japanese judoka. She is the only judoka who have beaten Ryoko Tani twice. She later won the gold medal in the extra-lightweight (-48 kg) division at the 2009 World Judo Championships.
