Tony Archer Rugby player

Tony Archer is a former rugby league referee who controlled National Rugby League matches between 1999 and 2012. He has also controlled City vs Country Origin, State of Origin and International matches, including at the 2008 World Cup. He is currently the National Rugby League referee's elite performance manager.
