Toyo Tsutsuli Musical artist
Toyo Tsutsuli (Chinese name, Fong Juei, Yang, born July 14 in Taipei, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese indie singer, songwriter, and video artist. Because his past musical participation was focused on the market in Japan, his first name in Chinese was used as artist name in Japanese pronunciation. Toyo was born in a Taiwanese family but he is a Dutch origin from his mother's ancestry.
