Tracie Spencer Musical artist
Tracie Monique Spencer (born July 12, 1976) is an American R&B and pop singer-songwriter, actress, and model. She is best known for the singles "Symptoms of True Love" (1988), "Tender Kisses" (1991) and "It's All About You (Not About Me)" (1999). As of 2007, Spencer has taken a hiatus from music; however, she is still modeling and pursuing other interests.
