Tuncay Şanlı Football player

Tuncay Volkan Şanlı (Turkish pronunciation: [tunˈd͡ʒaj ˈʃanɫɯ], born 16 January 1982), or simply Tuncay, is a Turkish footballer who plays for Umm Salal SC in the Qatar Stars League. His natural position is the striker position, but he has played as an attacking midfielder and on either wing. He was in the Turkey team that finished in third place in both the 2003 Confederations Cup and the 2008 European Championships.
