Valeri Belokon
Valeri Belokon (Latvian: Valērijs Belokoņs) (born 14 February 1960) is a Latvian businessman, chairman of the Council, and shareholder in the Baltic International Bank and President of English football club Blackpool.Since June 2010, The Trustee of the Board of The Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment.
