Varatchaya Wongteanchai is a professional Thai tennis player playing in the ITF Women's Circuit. On August 8, 2011, she reached her highest WTA singles ranking of 274. On August 15, 2011, she also reached her highest WTA doubles ranking of 193. She is coached by Singkorn Wongteanchai. In February 2012, Wongteanchai made her WTA main draw debut at her home tournament, the 2012 PTT Pattaya Open. She qualified for the main draw by defeating Hsu Wen-hsin 0–6, 7–5, 6–1 and Misa Eguchi 6–4, 6–3. She will face top seed Vera Zvonareva in the first round.
