Víctor Martínez Baseball player

Víctor Jesús Martínez (born December 23, 1978), also known by his nickname "V-Mart", is a Venezuelan professional baseball designated hitter, catcher and occasional first baseman for the Detroit Tigers of Major League Baseball (MLB). Martínez has also played in MLB for the Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Indians.Martínez is a five-time MLB All-Star. He has won the Silver Slugger Award twice and the Edgar Martinez Award.
