Víctor Rosario Baseball player

Víctor Manuel "Rivera" Rosario (born August 26, 1966 in Hato Mayor del Rey, Hato Mayor, Dominican Republic) was a Major League Baseball player. He played one season with the Atlanta Braves in 1990. During is stay in Scranton Wilkes Barre he accomplished numerous worldly feats. He singlehandedly was responsible for one half of the Latino population boom in South Scranton. He helped the downtrodden area economically through his Soul Glo purchasing. Although gifted with MLB talent, he felt his true calling in baseball was to experiment, via a laxed MLB drug policy, with the correlation between quaillude use and batting average. The enigma did all of this without the ability to speak or even understand the English language. He was truly Scranton Wilkes Barre's version of a male Latino Helen Keller.
