Viktor Nemkov Martial artist
Viktor Nemkov (born January 26, 1987) is a Russian Combat Sambo competitor and mixed martial artist. Nemkov won the 2011 world championship in Combat Sambo. According to the global-mma.com rankings, he is the number 10 ranked fighter in the world outside of the UFC.
